Terms and conditions for using Binipe Bakuqe products and services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Binipe Bakuqe regarding your use of our products, services, and website. By placing an order, using our website, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. All dimensions, capacities, and performance specifications are approximate.
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or credit authorization issues.
Custom manufactured products are made to your specifications and are non-returnable unless defective. Custom orders require a 50% deposit and have extended lead times.
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless specifically stated. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved commercial accounts, with cash on delivery available for smaller orders.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper handling.
Insulation performance specifications are based on laboratory testing under controlled conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on usage conditions, ambient temperature, and product loading.
Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund minus shipping costs. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective. Returns must be pre-authorized and shipped freight prepaid.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, spoilage of goods, or business interruption.
All content on our website, including designs, logos, and product specifications, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Penang, Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
